# PoliRural+ — Bridging Rural and Urban Europe (interactive knowledge base) > The knowledge base of PoliRural+ (PoliRuralPlus), a Horizon Europe Innovation Action (GA 101136910, 2024-01-01 to 2026-12-31) coordinated by the Czech Technical University in Prague with 20 partners in 13 countries.
