This book is two things at once: the living knowledgebase of PoliRural+ — pilots, GeoAI, tools, policy — kept alive by the consortium instead of frozen in deliverables; and a proof of concept of a local GeoAI knowledgebase (chapter 4 seeds one for Klatovsko, Czechia) that any pilot region can replicate. What you add today serves the other 19 partners tomorrow. Authorship never gets lost; the verified core stays protected — editors lift the best contributions into it.
